DUTY TO THE COURT/ ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE In addition to their duties to clients, lawyers produce other obligations under the law. As officers of the Court, lawyers must not only obey the law, they also must make sure the efficient and proper administration of justice. Legal practice in NSW during this regard is governed by the bar Uniform Law (Uniform Law). The Uniform Law consists of the above mentioned Acts, Regulations, and Rules.
